Lebkuchen Schmidt in Munich

Paid on December 29th to January 22nd today, neither delivery nor refund. Mails are ironed with a standard answer you would be overloaded. No further answer after a week. When called, a refund was promised to the PayPal account. I have been waiting for this for 4 days. PayPal dispute opened so far also no response from the seller. One can only advise against buying from Schmidt

I always like to go to this shop. It's great that they have gingerbread, speculoos and the like all year round! The service is very friendly, nice and competent. Full recommendation!

Will certainly NOT order online there anymore. Orders that have already been paid for are simply not delivered. You can wait in vain for any information regarding Lebkuchen Schmidt. Complaints are processed slowly or not at all due to the high number of customer inquiries and complaints - I am not at all surprised with this way of working.

On December 7th Ordered for us (DE) and family in France. The anticipation for the two packages was very high in France. Our package came to Germany, the two to France did not. There was no communication from Lebkuchen Schmidt. When we called today (December 28th!) It was only said that nothing has been sent abroad for a long time. Ah, good to know. We will be kindly refunded the money for the two packages. But only after we checked that we really paid for it. Lebkuchen Schmidt doesn't know that himself. Incidentally, the customer number from the email is of little use: You should kindly log in and take a look yourself.

I usually buy the gingerbread in Passau, where Schmidt rents an ice cream shop from October to the end of the year, which takes a winter break. The rest of the time I go to Munich where there is a shop all year round that has a good selection. Munich is closer to me than Nuremberg where I went first. There are good same good goods everywhere.

Were the first time in Munich to d discovered our favorite gingerbread! Know him from Ludwigsburg and just love him! There was nothing going on in the store and the saleswoman did not even greet us, she was neither friendly nor obliging, there was no advice and when asked for differences only a short answer "there are more nuts in it" - that's it. No service, no friendliness no charisma. So we had no desire to buy delicious gingerbread and left the business without sales! Very very sad

I only know the shop on a Saturday evening, but I think it's always full here. It's unbelievable what is being implemented here. Everything looks delicious and you don't know what to take. But there are many nice gift boxes and mixes. The prices are ok, the taste is fantastic.

Not only me, but also all relatives and friends are thrilled with this gingerbread. I was able to leave a pack in the store to pick up the next day.
